Pros

This is a natural product that delivers what it promises. Much easier than sourcing each component individually.

Serenity is great for calming down on a night when my mind is over-active. I take anxiety/depression medication and it doesn't interfere with it.

If anyone is having severe sleep issues you couldn't convince me that otc supps would work, this does for me. I use a prescription sleep aid that only allows 22 pills per month.

Cons

This mess is a waste of money. It made me relaxed & thats it. Hope to get refund. Very disappointing for the cost.

I started getting these as an alternative to cerenity pm, which is fine but very expensive, and i actually like these better!

I found this far better than any single supplement and more effective than luna.

I’ve used serenity for a few months and prefer this product to others i’ve tried.
