Pros
Great product with a consistent resistance and excellent durability. Kudos to serious steel.
It's very important to research molded vs layered because you need the layered ones if your looking for good quality that will last much longer. Sri lanka is the best latex, though. Made in sri lanka.
The company recommends cutting off the peeling spot with scissors after it reaches about 3 inches. Seems to be made to last for quite awhile as long as they aren't pinched or accidentally sliced.
The lighter ones are great for mobility and re-hab. The heavier'mothers' for deload chins. These are much more stronger than the cheaper ones.
Cons
Bands come covered in talc powder. Not just one seam but multiple seams on all bands.

Able to work out without it being wither too difficult or loose with the ropes.

It appears to be water soluble so not a big deal but it is an inconvenience i was not expecting for a band that costs this much
