Pros

Sturdy and flexible. Great addition to my workouts-sturdy/flexible product. Perfect for functional training. Specifically overhead press.

Very sturdy and good quality. It is kept in a hot garage and still works great.

The resistance seems to be ramped up vs other brands i tried. Bought my first one 6 months ago, bought a thicker one last month. Only complaint is the strong rubber band smell that doesn't seem to go away.

Cons

This was only used on a chin up bar twice a week. One tear is near the peeling mentioned, but, with two tears, it is completely useless. The illustrations on the page are not clear.

The smell is so strong that if i carry this in my gym bag it stinks up the whole bag, my gym clothes, gloves and everything. Nothing to strenuous. Not my thing.

I did alot of research trying to find a quality loop band and so far it is holding up to its name.

Not so with the ss brand as this one is a bit tougher even at the start.
