Pros
Bands work great! I’m usually an elitefts band user but their shipping is super pricey so i have bought a few of these and must say i'm really impressed. Good high quality resistance band.
Great product overall. These are the best bands i’ve found on amazon. Omg these bands are great.
Cons
Not good for using around the thighs. Cuts into the skin and is painful. One is about 2 inches longer than the other which makes the tension uneven.

Very sturdy band - won't snap/break like the thin wide rubbery ones.
Great quality bands, looks like they'll last a while and very resistant, not too "weak" like a lot of small bands.
You have to keep constant pressure on it since the band doesn't contract as much as the rubbery ones
2016 and at first i was using the very basic, super flimsy/skinny resistance bands that you can pretty much buy anywhere.

I found this set of 3 for a very good price, in relation to the single bands i was viewing.
They are a bit expensive, but they are worth it.

The durability and resistance is much better than the 5-band sets on amazon (as these bands are thinner), hence the higher price.

I will be ordering one more size up for the 45’s but i don’t typically use that plate for bamboo rather i typically just hang more memberspair of 25’s multiple members increase instability in the exercise
