Pros
Want to increase gains and endurance-get these. Added reps & weights to my lifts instantly. I’m “only” deadlifting 305 for reps and they’re doing a great job at assisting my grip.
These are great straps for deadlifts and shrugs. Some competitions for strongman allow for straps like these figure-eight--therefore this is a must buy. Currently using it on my top sets ranging from 170 lbs to 360 lbs.
Love them. Highly recommended. They are still in fantastic condition. These things are awesome and will definitely change my back days.
The material seems highly durable and i'm sure it will stand the test of time. Not some flimsy * cloth material but like tough fire hose cloth. Very sturdy material.
Cons
These are very thick, and a twist in the middle (which must go between your hand and the bar) is quite uncomfortable. The manufacturer suggests that these can be twisted to tighten the fit, but that doesn't work for me because the twist just shortens ... Read More
