Pros

It is still a bit too 'fat' to perfectly fit even into a king sized pillowcase. The only reason i didn't give it all 5 is it is very pricey but it is the second one i have.

Cons

After a couple of months it no longer fluffs at all. The casing that goes over it is thick and way too big, which causes lumps when you're sleeping on it. As others have mentioned, it arrives with a ghastly odor.

Quality

I found that i like this one the best with the scrunch pillow style while my wife bought the contour version both from serta.

However, this pillow has been discontinued and will be updated with the newer triple effects gel foam sometime in mid april.

Packaging/appearance

A lower rating would be because it required at least two weeks of airing out to dissipate the odor prior to use; it reeked.

Competitiveness

Just like the serta icomfort mattress and box spring i bought a week before buying these pillows.
