The blanket has indentations instead of quilting, which hold the electric heating elements inside the blanket. The controller has a great dial, which has a minimal-light indicator. The blanket itself is quite nice.

The material is super soft and comfy. There are no hot spots, as the design and construction evenly distributes the warmth in a way that is almost undetectable. Use minimal detergent, and no bleach.

Serta warranty department provides stellar service. It really isn't a big deal and probably due to the thinner wires and lower voltage.

Not worth the money and hassle. Because of the way it’s packaged i’m doubtful that it is what was advertised. Wouldn't recommend this product.

Also never return emails. Also sent an email to their customer service email address, one month later still no response to that either.
