The only down side is that when it was delivered there were a couple of tears in the cardboard and plastic cover over the box springs

After making the delivery driver wait while we investigated we found that 2 of the cross boards and been pulled away from the frame

We decided to keep it because we really wanted the bed didnt want to wait longer for another one and we might not keep the box springs anyway

After setting it up in our room we also noticed that the box spring that is undamaged is missing the 4 plastic supports in the corners that are under the material

After one month of use the box spring already appears to be a bit slanted

The damaged box spring has all 4 supports in place

Looks like there are some inconsistencies that could easily be fixed and perhaps better shipping materials
