Pros
My only gripe is with federal express (not amazon or cymax). I know this is a major problem everywhere, including where i live. I read all the reviews, and saw a few people complaining about it collapsing in the middle. Luckily, it's held up just fine... Read More
The fabric is very soft to the touch, but feels durable. The cover material seems pretty tough, but we bought a heavy-duty quilted cover to put on it anyway. It has a linen like weave to the fabric.
The frame feels sturdy and supportive and the arms and back-pieces are well-padded. The cushioning is firm, but comfy. I wish the back pillow cushions were a little firmer.
Cons
This is not the dimensions its supposed to be and being 6'3 that makes a difference. It fits in small spaces but it's too low and seems more like a child's sofa. Cheap and poorly made.
Cushions were not sewn. Ripped zipper. The stuffing is such that it doesn't reach the corners no matter how much i manipulated it. The back cushions are a bit too small for the sofa and are forever falling over.

Overall, i'd say this was an excellent buy and i'm very pleased with it.

The price was so good we bought 2.

And parts are not missing -- they are hidden inside the cushions!
Received great customer service from the cymax team highly recommend.

Serta won hands-down for reviews mentioning both easy assembly and a sturdy build.
Other than that, assembly was smooth and quick (less than 45 min from unboxing to sitting on it.

It seems like most inexpensive sofas of this type are not wellmade and fall apart pretty quickly so i did a lot of research trying to find the most reliable manufacturer

What they mean is that the lining flaps on the underside of the seat pieces are velcrod and can be pulled open gently i was too vigorous and tore one and inside are the remaining pieces to put the sofa together
