Pros
I have scoliosis and this topper adjusted perfected to my spine. The room gets pretty warm in the summer time, with appropriate sheets and mattress protector, this mattress topper works wonders.
My body melts into the mattress and instantly relieves pressure points. Came packaged in a cloth like zipper bag as well as being shrink-wrapped.
Cons
This topper is way too soft and offers little support. My legs, hip and back are about broke from sleeping on it. This is not a king sized topper.
Not for me and will be returning. Emailed serta to honor the warranty. Has happened to me twice. Asked what this is, is it harmful and will it get worse?

This is my review after 24 hours: the quality is great.
It is a great product, good to have a top in the air mattress and get a nice rest.
We bought an ikea mattress that was supposed to be medium firm but it feels like is too hard.
Within 2 hours it had completely expanded and come to its full king size.
Price
It was a very good value for the price and i’m glad i got it.
The price was also really good for this item so i agree with others that it's a great value.
Packaging/appearance
It came packaged nicely in a zippered serta bag.
I truly gave it the time recommended to unpack and let fully rise to ensure it felt as great as stated.
I also did notice a chemically smell when i opened the package (duh), but i can’t smell it at all when lying down.
Just know it arrives extremely compacted in a small box so give it overnight to relax and expand.

This topper feels much more dense than my last one (which i think was zinus brand).

I’d stick pillows under the base of my spine between my knees heck even slide my arm through the gap of space from the mattress and my spine to support it but it would hurt to lay down for a period of time

Our 5 year old mattress was feeling lumpy so rather than replace the mattress we added this topper

It does need a day or so to fully expand when i first put it on the bed i thought i had received a smaller size but it did fit once it finished expanding

As all memory foam products are it was highly compressed and tightly wrapped in plastic and looked way too small
