Serta mattress topper is not cooling, instead it radiates heat. The topper doesn't provide enough support, and movement within the bed is very restricted with this topper. Can't return for a refund, because i can't get it rolled back up.

We bought an ikea mattress that was supposed to be medium firm but it feels like is too hard.
I have tried every cooling product to sleep cooler on my hot memory foam mattress.
Packaging/appearance
I truly gave it the time recommended to unpack and let fully rise to ensure it felt as great as stated.
Once i removed it from the box and got the wrapper off it was ready and on my bed in less then 3 hrs.
Just know it arrives extremely compacted in a small box so give it overnight to relax and expand.

Its comfortable it doesnt make me any hotter at night than i usually get and i wake up actually feeling like i can roll out of bed without having to do stretches or mentally prepare myself

The topper is very comfortable but we havent found that it has the cooling effect as advertised
