They arrived rolled in plastic bags with side openings and did not have any off-gassing odor like other pillows i have purchased.
These serta pillows came rolled in plastic packaging and puffed up nicely when opened.

When i received my two pillows i was concerned they wouldnt be as fluffy as advertised they came rolled up and shoved in a small box
