I contacted the seller to explain the circumstance and ask if they could simply send me the inserts

Within 24hours i received a response that they would replace the set entirely

So i dont have to take anything down pack it up and then figure out how to get it mailed back for an exchange

You didnt even know this when you choose your response but i am unable to drive which would make taking it somewhere to mail back would have been quite problematic
