Pros
Combine half of the teaspoon with 2 teaspoons of maca (which tastes almost caramel like) in water and it makes it more palatable. Not that that is too important as i use in a smoothie.
Ashwagandha is one of the few adaptogens (boosts energy levels and relieves stress depending on what body needs) it regulates the body's ability to withstand stress, increases stamina and relieve fatigue. Also improves mood sleep and reduces anxiety.
Cons
The one time this tastes good is if you mix in half a tsp into a bowl of chilli con cane. Dear god this stuff tastes horrendous.

I had heard about ashwagandha powder being beneficial to relieve stress and anxiety so i thought id give it a try
