Pros & Cons
Pros
Fantastic product with a delicious chocolatey taste without the guilt and fat of eating a bar. Good value, good flavour. Lovely and excellently packaged.
Highlights
Quality
Fantastic quality powder for all my keto needs.
Fantastic product to add to protein shake, will buy again
I use coconut sugar because it does not create the spikes and crashes in your blood sugar that the white refined stuff does.
The acid ph of the raw coca reacts with the milk so curdling it and making it thicker.
Price
And a bonus recipe, just because i am annoyed with how expensive the store bought version is; how to make vanilla extract.
Packaging/appearance
The only thing i might improve is making the packaging a bit different, as it was a bit messy getting it out of the packet.
Great packaging and service but i was unaware of the difference between raw cocoa powder and "dutched" cocoa powder.

I prefer uncurdled hot chocolate so should have bought the dutched cocoa which also has a milder less astringent taste

I dont bake with the powder itself as that would destroy much of the beneficial aspects of it but instead of making choc chip cookies for example i will make plain then dip them in my chocolate

That is 4 spoons of cacao powder 4 spoons of coconut oil and 6 spoons of sugar

Most recipes will tell you to melt the fat first then add sugar but since the sugar takes the longest to dissolve i say do it first
