Its impossible as a home shopper to verify the levels of vitamin c and antioxidants youd need a lab so i can only feed back on subjective experience

It tastes fairly sourtart as can be expected but not in a necessarily unpleasant or extreme way it just needs mixing into a smoothie or yoghurt or similar and is perfectly palatable its a bit like rhubarb in that the flavour is nice but youd be unlikely to eat the raw fruit just on its own without something to sweeten it
