I blend it up with some milk and low carb sweetner and it tastes great.

I dont enjoy sprinkling it on cereal or munching it as a snack like you might do nuts seeds or raisins as i find the texture too gritty and fibrous

Cooked with hot porridge it takes on a rubbery chewiness but will not melt

Its different from cocoa powder in that it has over 50 fat which is bound up in the fibre
