Not satisfied with product. Even more annoyed this product isn’t eligible for a return. I'm 168 lbs by the way it says it supports up to 300 lbs. Do not recommend.

I secure it to the joist quality very nice ,but never used it ,wife was willing, but afraid unfortunately i am going to dispose of it.

Its has very thick straps for the leg and arm support

To get it to work and youre heavier like me make sure to use a sturdy door lol
