As the other reviewer noted just remember that it will only work on the more modern threeprong grounded outlets and that it is only an adapter not a transformer

Note this is an adapter not a electric converter therefore you cannot use this for a hair blow dryer

Some receptacles required we have a 3prong adapter like this others would accept standard 2prong adapters
