I did have to purchase cat 5 ends as the ones that came as usable for all cat cable do not work flawlessly with the furnished couple in the kit

I tried out the crimp tool which correctly crimped a few rj45s which worked great

The spacing was correct for pins 1 8

The connectors will not fit into the tester or the computer until they are crimped with the supplied crimper
