Pros
Laptop is lightweight, has a very large screen, and the keys are extremely touch sensitive! Screen is 17 which makes it great for designing my crafts i use it for. It's a perfect fit for gaming. Works great, lightweight and easy to use.
Purchased this laptop for my 11 year old grandson for school. This laptop does everything a pricier brand name laptop does.
Good battery life. Prompt shipping and received in mint condition.
The overall look and design is sleek and elegant. The colors are vibrant and with high sharpness. It is still relatively smooth and the performance is still good.
Cons
Setting up this computer was an exercise in futility. Not my first laptop or my second. But would not charge at all.

I have an issue with its microsoft edge pre-installed in it because it doesn’t open and read some newest pdf files….

Can’t ask for any better for the price.

Laptop came on time and as ordered, very happy it was packaged well.
Poor delivery guy let it slip out of his fingers at my front door when he was checking i had the proper code.
Competitiveness
This laptop does everything a pricier brand name laptop does.
12gb of memory is a lot compared to other laptops at this price point.
