Pros

Easy to clip on and off the fitbit with no wiggle. Comes with a tool to remove and replace the pins. Easy to fit and clip on the fitbit with no issues. Works with all three of the major fitbit pin sizes. Clasp works well.

Stainless steel band is heavier than the silicone band, but think that speaks to the quality. It's a bit heavy but also feels substantial and not cheap. The black is brushed and matte- nice.

The back of the card clearly recommends the email address for concerns. Written on the back of a business card.

Cons

If you plan on using this for daily wear, it's not for you unless you ignore immediate scratches and grooves. The weight is lighter. Imho, the maker needs to up their quality checks on their specs.
