The black is brushed and matte- nice. The band is very classy.

Wore it for the day. Wears comfortably, dresses up the fitbit and easy to swap. Not just stylish but classy at the same time.

No instructions, but intuitive enough. Came well packed in a tin case, with a tool for removing links.

Clasp works well. Clips off and on smoothly. Very easy clasp. Clasps are flawless every time.

Back of the card clearly recommends the email address for concerns. Great customer service. Good quality for the price, very happy with the purchase.
