When removing links it broke

I contact the above name company about my situation and was recieved a response from maggie within few hours

I was able to easily attach the band to the watch but when i tried to remove a link on band the tool that came with it to do that broke

The spring loaded retainers for connecting to the watch itself have a little prong sticking up that helps move the pin into the hole in the watch

However if this prong breaks off then it is much harder to get the pin out if you want to remove the watchband

They do provide an extra spring loaded retainer so once i removed the broken one i had an immediate replacement

Id recommend picking up a gold cover for the watch since it would look matching
