Easy to move, not too heavy and the bendy handle to get under settee etc is really good. It is quite heavy but i am astonished at how powerful it is.

Two batteries is handy to have for when i spring clean. Easily manoeuvrable and a long lasting battery.

A very expensive mistake purchasing this product. The description reads two batteries and a charging dock - you get nothing of that sort in this item. It's difficult to get the collection box open and there is no battery charger.

It has a very weak suction. The tube is very narrow and things easily get stuck so i am taking it apart on a regular basis to unblock. It uses a very narrow corrugated flexible hose, and then puts a tight 90° bend in it.

Head is too big to go under wardrobes or sofas. Hard to manoeuvre on the stairs.
