Pros

This unit is a definite upgrade from my older eufy bought in 2019. It seems to avoid getting stuck better than the s87 which got stuck way more often. The app is easy to use, and it was very easy to get in touch with a human.

I am surprised at it's tenacity at getting everywhere it can. It makes a map of your home and it connects to your wi-fi. My pets are incredibly amused by it.

It works great on carpet and tile floors. It does a surprising lot good job in tile and wood. It * the fur off the hard floor really well.

The suction is good, but the high setting is a little loud.

Cons

The bottom drags and over time will gouge flooring with hundreds of thousands of scratches. The other side doesn't have the ability to have the second side brush (it has a solid plastic cover instead that you can see circled on the image of the bottom... Read More

Sharks vacumn works well but the app interface is useless. App is pretty much unusable. The major drawback is the useless app.

It tries to dock itself backwards. It says the docking canister is full, but it's actually empty.
