Pros

The quality is there to justify the money spent on this purchase. The rose gold accents make it pretty! Worth every penny.

This is a great vacuum cleaner. The cord is so long i can vacuum my entire house without unplugging and plugging it in elsewhere. I would much rather pay an extra $100 for this than buy a lighter, less effective vacuum. Electrolux and then miele ).

New bissel is awesome but doesn't have the suction power shark does. Comes with a powered pet attachment which only spins with suction and airflow.

The attachments are great, i can easily use them to get the fur off my couch. The motorized attachment is a complete must have.

Cons

The cord is cheap af, the plug is skinny, no ground and it easily and continuously falls out with minimal resistance. Their “help’ line says they cannot tell me when it will ship and refuses to cancel the order.

These are disposable vacuums. This vacuum is a disgrace. Investing in a vacuum that kicks the bucket after a year is a major letdown.

The roller doesn't turn on. The gears inside the head unit are toast. Where the ad, and even the box claim that the roller has four fins there are only two fins along with brushes!

Lift away canister is a pain in the neck. Constantly have to stop and open up cannister to untangle any hair. The wand is to long.

This should be renamed shark powerhouse, it is the strongest vacuum i’ve ever seen.

Price

It was so worth is not to cheap out on a vacuum cleaner because we have two dogs and carpet.

Save your money on more expensive vacuums and just get this one and assembly was surprisingly easy.

I received my shark az2002 an hour ago.

I liked the shark az2002 but i don't like when amazon prime hands off to usps it came a day late.

Packaging/appearance

Easy assembly (i didn't read the instructions, just put it together) and came well packaged.

The vaccuum received did not come in a shark box and some of the white print on a button was rubbed off.

My vacuum cleaner arrived in an unmarked box with no paperwork.

Competitiveness

I loved my dyson so i was skeptical of switching to a different brand but i am so glad i did!

Rugs we had previously swept with other sweepers did nothing compared to this one.

We’ve been using another vacuum cleaner and it picks up nothing compared to this one.

I was thinking shark would be better than the cheaper vacuums i had been using.
