Shipping
The vacuum was delivered without a hepa filter late friday afternoon.
I say owned because within a day of taking delivery of the shark stratos i was making arrangements to give two of them away.
Shark customer service took the product info monday morning and agreed to send out a replacement filter.
Packaging/appearance
The canister is huge, and therefore, heavy!
Just opened box and tried it… heavy!
Competitiveness
Try to get it when it’s on sale, also this performs way better than dysons which are just gimmicky.
It picks up far better than my cordless dyson.
This vacuum’s suction power rivals that of dyson.
I compared them with current write-ups on dyson, and those had a common thread: dyson corded uprights aren't what they used to be.
