The only issue i had was that the stair hose wasn’t quite long enough as my stairs turn back on themselves and the machine was too heavy for me to carry up with me

It replaced my vax which was only a year old before it decided to do the usual vax thing and die for no reason at all

And it actually sucks up the majority of the water it puts down yes the carpet is still a bit damp but its nowhere near as damp as other brands and it dries out really quick
