Red light appears as soon as you put on carpet. Constantly thinks there is a blockage when there isn't. Foolishly) and exactly same fault. As you can see from the video it lasts a maximum of a few seconds before the head jams.

It remained so strong that some of my rugs it could not cope with and would just come up with the red light and require removing from.

I think this might be how the technology works.

The packaging was all eco friendly i couldn’t believe how much was packed into one small box!

I was also pleased to see that the packaging is all recyclable.
