Pros
Its suction is good. I have two border collies who shed a lot of fur. Run time is decent to good, but could be improved especially when on high suction. Dusts builds up quickly with the three dogs.
Dual-battery charger is neat, and it's not too noisy, the smaller pet-brush is great for soft furniture and stairs. Battery lasts well so far only needed to use one for whole house (4 bed) but if used on high power uses slot more.
It’s flexible/adjustable and makes hoovering feel less like a chore. Great suction realy strong good tools great mobility.
Simple to unpack and put together. Emptying it is a bit of a messy task sometimes but if you’re lucky the dirt slides out, albeit with the usual “cloud of dust” problem of bagless cleaners.

Cons
Main unit's handle is at the back of the machine meaning it's strenuous on a person's wrist and forearm when used away from the floor cleaner head. It has an ok suction but awkward to use as a handheld.

Price
The price was a bit alarming but i waited until it was on sale.
Packaging/appearance
Also great: it came in paper and cardboard only packaging, not a single plastic bag inside!

Battery sufficient for our modest house with some high-power use.
Good product initially but very disappointed at the lack of a consistent approach by shark's aftersales service.

It also really needs a full clean and washout of the dust collector every time it is used including the two filters so is quite high maintenance

Fine dust does collect in the collector and can only be removed by washing with water
