Pros
It's very maneuverable. Floor head maneuvers beautifully. Very pleasantly surprised for a lower cost vacuum.
I still hate vacuuming but this thing takes out all the bending and struggling. It picks up so much debris that it is shocking to see what my dirt devil was missing. Easy to switch between the head and the hose for corners.
Omg this vacuum is everything it needs to be. The instructions are very clear and the description matches up with the product to a t.
Long wand easily reaches cobwebs in corners- great for short people. Unassuming little canister is way better than the upright. It also has a retractable cord which is amazing!
Cons
The suction is really not all that great. The hose has no swivel and is constantly crushing. Availability of different accessories is equally bad.
It's the least powerful shark i've ever owned. It is lightweight and rolls easily but it's all sloppy and loosey goosey. Currently has no suction to speak of.
Give it 3 months most of the parts on the vacuum will be cracked or broken. Entire product is junk. I'm very very disgusted with the poor quality over all of this product.

Love the buttons on the top to easily adjust suction power, easy and quick to clean and doesn’t make a huge mess.
It has great suction and is easy to switch from bare floor to carpets with the push of a button.

It quickly comes apart so you can edge or reach up high.
Price
Reasonable priced, good performance without spending a fortune.
Great value and i’m so happy with this purchase.
I watch this vacuum for many months, and finally decided to buy it when i saw the price drop significantly.
Packaging/appearance
So far, it’s amazing and the packing was perfect.
The instructions for unboxing and putting together are minimal to say the least.
The bagless canister is smallish and really needs to be emptied after doing the entire house, a large 3 bedroom ranch.
Competitiveness
It’s my first shark so i was nervous, but i’ll never buy a different brand now.
I also chose this vacuum since consumer reports rated shark vacuums highly in general.

It was a very good vacuum but unfortunately the cord was damaged and my husband hadn’t replaced it so i got annoyed and bought another vacuum

It could use maybe another 3 to 5 feet for homes that are open concept in your stretching further
