Pros

There is a crevice pc that comes attached to the machine making it great for those tight small areas, perfect! Suction is very good for how big the machine is. The suctioning incredible compared to the other.

My area rugs look new again and my dining chairs look refreshed. This wet carpet vacuum is amazing. It's not clunky like my old one.

The shampoo that comes with it leaves it smelling fresh, not too damp and clean! This is the fourth carpet shampooer we've owned in the last 12 years and it is far and away the best designed. The cleaning solution smells wonderful.

The only downfall is the dirty water tank. I'm a little puzzled why they need two separate reservoirs for soap. The only issue we have is with how fast the dirty tank fills up, onces the tank is around 1/4 to 1/3 the machine cuts off.

Cons

Dirty water tank holds approximately one quart of water so it needs to be emptied about every two minutes. The opening for filling with water is small so you need to hold it close to the faucet for filling.

Buyer be aware, this is pure junk. Shark support is non-existent and amazon won't take back without a box. Their website is all about warranty but no feedback.

Definitely worth the money and considering that i have 3 bulldogs, i will be using this baby a lot.
