It's only because the hair dryer was decent that the shark system didn't get a zero. Nowhere near as effective as a traditional hairdryer to properly dry and straighten my hair. Soon returned it.

One of the best hair dryers i have ever usedi have very thick curly hair but was able to smooth and style hair with easehighly recommend
She loves the cool function and has tried the curling attachment so far, worked fantastically well.
The 2 brushes both had hair it them and the coating on the nozzle was badly marked.
Price
Yes it's fairly expensive but i'm told it works so well.

Returned it and the second one got to us early january and it was a new one that worked.

As soon as i received the hair dryer i rapped it up for christmas my wife opened it on christmas day to find that it was a second hand unit

When we put it on to cold air it worked well but then putting it on to heat mode it lasted 1 second and then cut out neither myself or my wife were impressed
