Pros

The steam cleans my peach terra cotta look tiles like a dream!

The steam mop does 2-3 small rooms or my entire great room area which is rather large - 2 rooms and hallways. It's actually almost entertaining to watch the floor get clean. Knowing they are clean and sanitized makes me feel a lot better.

The steam mop saves me time and my back from having to haul a mop and bucket around. I love that the the microfiber pads are washable and that the swivel of the pads is super flexible. The flip over is a nice feature.
