Ten minutes with this thing and i have people asking me if i just came from the salon a whole day later.
Packaging/appearance
My wife didn't completely remove one of the packaging material and it really affected the performance.
Make sure you completely remove all the packaging materials before use.
Additionally it has a big boxy part (see pic) on the cord which just adds to the annoyance.
Competitiveness
I believe it’s top of the line for a high-velocity dryer and is less expensive than a dyson.
I’ve just tried this twice and it takes some getting used to compared to other dryers.
