Pros
The shark air purifier looks stylish and it come in a small form factor. The whirring of the fan is pretty quiet- definitely not loud enough to disturb my sleep. It is compact and silent and has an auto mode.

Works very well, easy to clean and upkeep is simple, keeps air clear
For now, according to this unit, our air quality seems pretty good.
Filter is not washable and required to be replaced every 6 to 12 months.
Our air quality is apparently much poorer when our oven is on (yes, my oven is overdue for a cleaning) because our meter tells us so.
Price
Overall i'm extremely happy with it, i know the filter is going to cost me quite a bit to replace, but if this keeps up it's worth it.
The price for a filter on amazon is around 50 bucks.
Time will tell i guess and i have no idea yet how much a new filter will cost.

Once in auto mode i did feel a humming sound but only if you got close to the filter
