Pros

When this robot is working it works awesome. It is very quiet compared to the roomba.

Charging is effortless since you can command it to return to home. My home is only 1000 sq ft so it never runs out of battery. Added bonus - if i run it in the middle of the day, it also keeps the puppy busy.

Cons

Called cs in feb. Called again and was promised another cover would be sent out. It's may 2019 and i'm having to replace it under warranty for the second time. And customer service is a joke. Save your money. That’s the full price on amazon with free ... Read More

Hellen keller robot vacuum is not worth the aggravation. Every 2 uses the brush roll needs to be dehaired, and it's *. It stops on it own, goes for 10 more seconds then stops. The ion robot has been very disappointing.

Overall i’m pleased with this unit and hope it will last without any issues.

The arrows are only useful for setting times and cleanings, it won’t allow for direction change during cleaning cycle.

It seems a bit noisier than i expected ( think loud computer fan), but not so loud that i need to increase tv sound.
