It works very well on rugs and hardwood. It does a great job cleaning up the crumbs my young children leave behind on both tile and carpet! It also does really well on our large carpet rug.

Shark rotator has a hepa filter, good suction power and two batteries for longer usage. This one also has easy to clean reusable filters.

Can do whole house twice on a single charge. Got it with 2 batteries so can just swap when needed. Bought a second battery.

The suction is terrible! The dust roller gets stuck easily and often. It overheats within 1-2 minutes, on rugs.

The vacuums now keep shutting off on their own even with the batteries being charged at full capacity. After only a couple minutes use it overheats and shuts itself off. I have cleaned the filters, cleaned parts & the same thing happens.

The company says that the motor is going but to honor the warranty they want me to pay to ship the unit and batteries back and also shipping on a new unit. Not providing any warranty on a replacement battery is unacceptable. Now i see i would need to ...  Read More
