Pros

It works very well on rugs and hardwood. It cleans very nicely and it is lightweight and easy to carry up and down the stairs.

The fact that this is cordless is a life saver. The vacuum works well and the service is exemplary. Thank you shark.

The shark rotator is the best vacuum cleaner i've ever owned. Two dogs and a cat that sheds enough for two cats. I love the shark duo clean so convenient and great suction.

It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries. Can do whole house twice on a single charge. Got it with 2 batteries so can just swap when needed. Bought a second battery.

Cons

The suction is terrible! It overheats within 1-2 minutes, on rugs (short or long; seems ok on hardwood) not the best suction on rugs. Do yourself the favor and buy a dyson.

Manufacturer failed us as well the extended warranty company so we will be without a vacuum for until this can get fixed. Overheats, then stops. Not providing any warranty on a replacement battery is unacceptable. I have cleaned the filters, cleaned p... Read More
