Pros
Vacuum is quieter and more effective than competitors. I'm quite impressed with it's navigation. It navigates very well and at a reasonable noise level.
The shark vacuum works well on hard floors and low pile rugs. It vacuums in straight lines, and leaves the carpet look nicely manicured.

On medium suction it cleans our 1500 square foot house without needing to recharge. It does about 90-95% of what our shark manual vacuum does, with the bonus of being able to reach the clumps of cat hair under the couch and beds.
Cons
It just seems so underhanded to say you are charging only shipping and tax when you are actually charging full price. When it works it is does a pretty good job.
Customer service is non-existent, with help videos and other people's comments for troubleshooting. The app is so glitch its ridiculous.
Once docked at base after the second run, it prints map and considers it's work done. Once the robot stops you have to accept the map or delete it and start all over again.
Device is very particular with wifi settings, and absolutely refuses to reconnect to a network after the network disappears once. When it was disconnected, the wifi symbol was still lit as though it were connected.

The mapping technology is excellent and it does a good job not getting stuck in odd places.
It repeatedly attempts to dock but even after 10 minutes, it doesn’t make the connection.
I have had 2 roombas, cause they both broke out of nowhere.
Price
Purchased on a black friday deal and have no regrets.
And yes it is bagless so no buying bags (take notes irobot #roombas are overpriced).
This was on a 50% off deal and i had to give it a try.
Overall, worth the price for the extra help around the house.
