Pros

Reviewer's this is the first robot vacuum i've had.

This machine maps your flooring intuitively, goes over 7/8 rises/falls with ease and has decent suction. It works great on hard wood and area rugs/carpeting. Not so great on carpets but that's true of all these type machines.

This is an advanced little vacuum. Ez setup. It was almost intimidating at first to try to figure out what each could do.

This model also supports recharge & resume as well as voice control with alexa or google assistant. G and i only have 5g. Ghz wi fi connection to work with the app. It takes seconds to tell alexa to learn the skill.

The best part about the sharks is their mapping and zone refinement. The app develops a map of your homes floor after its first use.

Cons

Our dogs' food is a little bigger than a pea but smaller than a dime, and if there is a single piece on the floor when we run the vacuum it gets an obstruction error. Looks like a great concept that was cheaply made with no quality control.

Pretty expensive paperweight. Pure trash. Very disappointed. I rate it pour #1star2.

They usually break during the 1st run, don't last at all.

Only complaints are with the brushes: there are only 2 and they always break, so are pretty useless.

Competitiveness

We especially like that it is a little quieter than another brand that we also run in a different part of the house.

We have purchased a couple different brands and styles of low-profile robotic vacuums, and we have really liked this shark.

This is the second shark we've bought, and i'm sure it won't be the last.
