Pros
The battery life is great, suction is awesome, and the versatility of it is good. The battery lasts well.
Easy to use and easy to manipulate. Emptying the container is incredibly easy, the various attachments are super handy. Allows for a consistent thorough clean.
Cons
It clearly shows the the item was returned and repackaged for resale at the full price. Needless to say they will be both be sent back.

Suction is not there, battery drains quicker. This has so little suction power.

I had a stick dyson for years and it never worked like this one does.
We vacuumed prior to with the old dyson and then used the new unit and we were shocked.
Price
This is the most expensive vacuum i’ve ever had and it’s well worth it.
Cheaper than a dyson and works almost as well.
It’s worth the money and you’re not paying $500+ for a dyson that doesn’t keep its charge.
Affordable option but my favourite feature is the blade system which ensures that hairs don’t get tangled.
Competitiveness
Having been disappointed with a competitors' product we bought this machine.
I've owned this style of vacuum before (different brand) - so my expectations were low - but this shark blows the previous one away.
