Pros
Wow! Love the light on the front. Big fan of this. Only wish it had some sort of a wall hanger. Wish it was a bit lighter.
This vac is quite proficient at picking up their hair. The pet model works well and doesn't collect hair on the brush. I have a dog (*) who sheds and this picks the fur right up.
Cons
After a few months of ownership, here come the reasons not to buy.
This unit is a 2/10 on my low pile rugs for picking up fur. If you have pets the fur will get stuck in the front wheels and inside the unit by the fins.
Heavy and difficult to manoeuvre. It rolls over easily, but does not pick up anything larger than a cheerio. Problem with the dust cup means i find myself rummaging through the trash to retrieve it.

Price
The price is great, direction for use is simple and it cleans very well.
Packaging/appearance
It gets pet hair out of the couch and carpet like a dream.
My old vacuume was super heavy and awkward to carry around.
Competitiveness
Would have liked more utility pieced but are available to purchace.

It works well for hard surfaces tile and hardwood but forget any carpet over 14 thick forget it

Not quite enough battery for heavy use and no way to have battery replacement that you can just swap in
