Pros

I use this a few times every week and it doesn't disappoint. This vacuum is a real gem.

Cons

For a large company to charge us for shipping a replacement part is extremely petty and shows a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. They have a warranty, but said it was basically an expendable part and thus not covered.

Most of the time i just dig out my old corded bissell vacuum cleaner instead. The extension wand that comes with this vacuum has a poorly designed hinge that breaks very easily. The floor mode suction is horrible, i have to sweep afterwards.

This is completely unacceptable. Major regrets. It is not really lightweight at all.

It clogs easily. Always has to be taken apart to be unclogged. Having a light on the front is just a small detail that people are fixated on which is irrelevant to its performance.

It was a waste of our money and disappointment considering all of the rave reviews. For the high price paid it is very disappointing. Not worth the money.

It has good suction, easy adjustable suction and carpet functions and the battery seems to keep a charge well.

It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and overall a very good vacuum.

Battery does not run the full 60min on carpet and highest suction (closer to 45 min).

This lightweight little vacuum pulls up dirt our commercial vacuum leaves behind!

Shark immediately sent me a replacement and i didn't even need to ship the original back.

Packaging/appearance

My purchase was packaged very nicely in the box with the thick white packaging paper/tape.

The product came well packaged and was easy to put together.

But the attachments shown on amazon are not included on the box or in the box.
