I have been using this vacuum for a handful of months and overall i am really happy with the vacuum.
Very maneuverable, even with the aforementioned top-heavy weight.
We did run into a major issue only a couple months in with the folder wand.
On carpet, however i am pleasantly surprised.

Had the vacuum for 6 weeks trouble free working great however the wheel locked up due to a pin breaking and falling out of the power head

Called shark got the runaround by some guy that sounded like he was high as a kite with little to no care to help or even read my account info and tells me no warranty on the power head tried to escalate to a superior or manager to figure this out and was put on hold and had to deal with the same dude again finally try will send a replacement part but charge shipping and have to wait 3 months to get it

The latching button started to get stuck while trying to stow or unfold the vacuum for use and ultimately got to the point where it failed at the joint
