This is the easiest vacuum to use that i've ever had. This vacuum is a real gem, and a pleasure to use.
Reviewer says it works well and is well balanced. Small ergonomic features such as the bending shaft set it apart.
The only downside is the battery. The existing battery is good for 45 mins to an hour on eco mode and a maximum of 30 minutes in boost mode. This lets me charge the batteries at a location separately, and more conveniently, from where i store the vacu... Read More

It is not really lightweight at all. The handle itself is a terrible design, and very uncomfortable to hold. Lasted me about a year.

Quality
The rug and carpet setting has really great suction, and the crevice attachment is great.
It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and overall a very good vacuum.
Charged the battery and after about 20 mins.
My last orkin stopped working after 15 years and the replacement had issues after a couple of months.
Price
Especially when they cost eighty something dollars from the manufacturer.
For the money it's hard to beat a good shark.
I had to order one from shark, which charged almost as much for s&h as the item cost.
Shipping
Just received the vacuum today and set up took about 3 mins.
I went around and around with them via the amazon prime chat portal and they send they could not send me the parts.
Edit: called customer service, after some back and forth they offered to send the attachments free of charge.

Five stars and no more off-brands for me.
Couldn't find any replacement hepa filters sold on the manufacturer's sight, but found some generic ones sold on amazon.
The headlights help put it above the competition.
