Pros

This is the easiest vacuum to use that i've ever had. This vacuum is a real gem, and a pleasure to use.

Reviewer says it works well and is well balanced. Small ergonomic features such as the bending shaft set it apart.

The only downside is the battery. The existing battery is good for 45 mins to an hour on eco mode and a maximum of 30 minutes in boost mode. This lets me charge the batteries at a location separately, and more conveniently, from where i store the vacu... Read More

Cons

This is by far the worst product i’ve ever owned from them. It is not really lightweight at all. Major regrets. I wish we could return it because it was a waste of our money and disappointment considering all of the rave reviews.

Most of the time i just dig out my old corded bissell vacuum cleaner instead. The extension wand that comes with this vacuum has a poorly designed hinge that breaks very easily. The floor mode suction is horrible, i have to sweep afterwards.

I have a golden doodle that sheds a little bit and this vacuum is always clogged. It clogs easily. Always has to be taken apart to be unclogged.

It has good suction, easy adjustable suction and carpet functions and the battery seems to keep a charge well.

So far so good, the vacuum seems to have really good suction, works well on hardwood floors.

Battery does not run the full 60min on carpet and highest suction (closer to 45 min).

This lightweight little vacuum pulls up dirt our commercial vacuum leaves behind!

Don't let the price scare you; it's totally worth it!

Shark has great products at reasonable prices.

For the price, i would buy again.

Shark immediately sent me a replacement and i didn't even need to ship the original back.

Packaging/appearance

My purchase was packaged very nicely in the box with the thick white packaging paper/tape.

The product came well packaged and was easy to put together.

But the attachments shown on amazon are not included on the box or in the box.

Competitiveness

I've lived a long life and owned many vacuums, but none compare to the shark.

I used to have a dyson v8 cordless stick so i’m comparing the shark to that.

Only issue is this thing is heavy compared to others i have had in the past.
