Pros
This is golden! This one amazes me. The suction is terrific.
Cons
Replacement part from the company website is * expensive when paired with the cost of shipping. That means i’m boycotting ninja products too. Warranty is * and i have to pay $120 for the part and shipping.
Shark relies on the filters it seems. The motor only lasting the equivalent of 52 uses at around 1000 sq ft each time is pretty shameful.
Heavy, hard to maneuver and not great on hardwood floors. After vaccuming stairs and carpet there was little dirt or pet hair.
Cleaner head locking mechanism broke, so it keeps falling backwards. No suction and stopped working when switched to handheld. It's past the return window so i'm stuck with a large paperweight.

For reference i have a 140lb mastiff (bristly hairs everywhere) and 2 long hair cats (tumbleweeds and clumps everywhere).
Comparable to a dyson for a fraction of the price!

For carpets and upholstery it was average performance we need to vacumm couple of times to get perfect cleaning

A typhoon at the flick of a button this thing sucks like no otherloving the hepa filtration overall hardiness build quality and sheer powernot enjoying how you cant turn it on off from the handle and have to lean down to the dust tank instead not liking the manual cord retraction

As with other ones like this the container for what you suck up has to be emptied quite often

My issue with this vacuum is after while of lifting the handle it creates a gap in between canister and filter area then dont suck as good

I really wanted a roller bar that did not jam or have to be cleaned out because i have really long hair that is constantly wrapping around my old vacuums roller bar and jamming it
