The no hair tangle on the roller is what really sold me initially. The one think i wish was alittle bit better is the wand. It’s great on stairs, easy to use and hardwood friendly.

I'm very pleasantly surprised it works that good. Put it together in 5 minutes without any tools. Was using it instantly. This is worth it.

Good light-weight vacuum, good features and attachments. Pet accessory is def the best i have had yet, too. Amazing suction power, the front roller brush helps get all the dog hair and finer dirt. Good headlights to illuminate crumbs.

The plastic is really thin and the whole thing seems cheaply made. They so generously give you 50% off within 5 years. Now your expensive vacuum is nothing but a lego graveyard.

Going to toss it to the curb and buy a bissel. May have to donate to trash pile and just buy a different brand. As i said, this is our third and will definitely be our last shark unless the quality comes waaaay back up.
